Let’s say you need to obtain a minimum of 7.0 score in the listening, reading, writing, and speaking tests. This means you need to get at least 7.0 in the exam. The “at least” in the previous statement eases the test pressure as it sets a minimum. Ironically, it also increases the pressure to achieve that minimum. As a result, it increases your study drive and reduces moments of procrastination.
